This really is excellent cookware. It heats and cooks evenly and quickly, then maintains the temperature similar to cast iron cookware. The handles though warm, by no means appear to get so hot that I can not deal with them. Plus, the lids are created to attached towards the handles if you should get rid of them briefly.
