We got these dishes 3 years ago for our family members camping trips and they work just fine and have held up properly. The finish has chipped in a really tiny spot on two of the cups over time but which is not a dilemma for us since the cups are nonetheless sturdy and beneficial and when we're out in the woods we don't genuinely care what the elk think of our dinnerware! The cups - including the deal with - is usually pretty hot when you 1st pour hot coffee in them though, the upside being that the coffee cools down much more slowly than in 1 of our coffee cups at dwelling.
